Learn the anatomy and movement patterns of the shoulder girdle to keep the shoulders safe in a Vinyasa yoga practice. Focusing on a range of yoga postures including Sun Salutations, Handstand, and Urdhva Danurasana (wheel pose) we will stabilize, strengthen, and open our shoulders while learning alignment principles that will keep our shoulders happy.
